Description:POSITION SUMMARYThe Maintenance Coordinator will be
responsible for managing the planning of work and the Reliability
Program through our CMMS system along with our maintenance process
and other duties. This role is highly collaborative and requires a
high attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVESManage the maintenance shop inventory at
optimum levels, including ordering parts, stocking parts, cycle
counting, and running/analyzing reports for inventory management in
CMMS Interact with personnel in all departments to support their
requirements for parts, materials, supplies, and services Schedule
and monitor Preventive Maintenance Programs Partner with
Environmental Health & Safety to ensure all safety equipment stored
in the maintenance shop is inventoried and tracked when issued Work
with vendors to identify and purchase equipment parts and identify
alternate suppliers to create value for the organization through
better pricing, availability, and technology Generate and provide
weekly reports as requested Interpret and apply policies, rules,
and regulations to all work in order to ensure compliance with
applicable standards Handle communications with clients and vendors
via phone, email, and in-person Process and complete work orders &
forward to accounting department daily Assist with audits, fact
checking, and resolving discrepancies Attend and participate in
internal meetings and complete required training Performs other
