Quality Center for Rehabilitation and Healing - Transportation/Driver NurseRole and ResponsibilitiesRole: Our drivers are compassionate, caring, reliable and responsible individuals charged with getting clients withmobility challenges to their destinations safely and on time.Job Responsibilities:Show up to work in a timely mannerTake work orders from supervisor for client tripDrive clients to their destinations on timeAssist clients as they get into and out of the vehicleReport back to the supervisor when clients have been dropped off at their destinationReport traffic delays en route back to supervisorReport any incidents or accidents to the supervisorOperate wheelchair lifts as neededAdhere to company policies and protocolSchedule appointments as necessaryMay need to work as a floor nurse if the need arisesQualifications and Education Requirements:*Must be an active TN Licensed Practical Nurse*Must have previous customer service experience with a good track record of assisting customersin a thoughtful, caring and timely mannerMust possess a valid Driver's LicenseMust have a clean driving recordMust have a great work history with a track record of being a reliable responsible individual (mustprovide references from previous employer (s))Must have a current and unencumbered TN nurse licensePreferred SkillsKnow how to keep a level head in a busy environmentMust be passionate about helping peopleGreat communication skillsA good working knowledge of the metro-Nashville area is a plusFirst Aid/CPR certification a plusAdditional NotesThe candidate for this position will be a great communicator, enthusiastic about the opportunity and have experiencein customer service.
