Staffmark is hiring a 2nd shift Production Supervisor for HYLA Mobile in La Vergne, TN. It's time to get you in a better work-life balance routine that works best for you and your family. The scheduled hours for this role are 4:30 PM-4:30 AM, Monday-Thursday. Starting pay will be determined based on your previous experience, ranging from $18-$22 per hour.Essential Functions:

• Assist with planning, organizing, and directing activities within the warehouse.
• Participate with onboarding, orientations, and training sessions for new and existing employees.
• Conduct performance reviews, create work schedules, and approve timecards.
• Supervise employees and processes for the warehouse/production area, ensuring production goals are being met, while assisting with quality assurance.
• Monitor inventory and stock items as needed.
• Provide mentorship guidance and support for team members, recognizing areas of opportunity to increase efficiency.Our goal is to attract and retain the best people in the industry.
