A company is looking for a Commercial Escalations & Incident
Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, track, and review escalations and incident data
objectively
Create processes to analyze, prioritize, and socialize potential
initiatives
Execute and manage incident management playbooks and procedures for
commercial businesses
Required Qualifications:
BA/BS or equivalent work experience
1-2 years of client service or problem resolution experience
Ability to synthesize data and analytics with attention to
detail
Strong knowledge of banking products, policies, and procedures
Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, and Excel for data
visualization
