Provides comprehensive patient care by dispensing prescriptions, administering immunizations, counseling members on health and medication needs, and maintaining confidentiality and proper documentation.
Leads and guides associates in delivering excellent member service, resolving issues within company standards.
Ensures compliance with policies, analyzes reports, implements safety measures, and oversees quality assurance and risk prevention.
