This is the career for you!We are seeking to fill a Regional Sales
Manager position for the Southern U.S. immediately!--The role will
have responsibility for leading and managing a region of 8-10
medical Account Executives and the successful candidate will
ideally reside in Atlanta, Nashville, Charlotte or Dallas areas.As
a Regional Sales Manager, you'll be developing and leading a sales
team to promote CCS Medical's diabetes line of products and
services, with a focus on Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM),
Insulin Pump Therapy and other related supplies.--You'll
participate in strategic and tactical planning for the
division.--You'll also build relationships with channel partners
and call points.--Call points include physicians, clinics,
Certified Diabetes Educators, Health Care Professionals and
others.What you'll be doing:* Participates in the planning,
development, and implementation of key accounts.* Develops and
executes a regional sales plan to maximize revenue. * Works closely
with Sales Representatives.--Assists with the development of
territory sales plans and continually reviews those plans in order
to assure achievement of regional sales goals. * Recruits, trains,
and develops Sales Representatives to achieve their full sales
potential. Monitors development of Sales Representatives abilities
and skills through direct observation in the field and review of
paperwork, organization, planning, Salesforce etc. * Motivates
Sales Representatives through strong leadership, providing clear
definition of sales tasks and methods to achieve sales goals.
Fosters a healthy competitive culture. * Prepares timely reports of
departmental activity to provide transparency of sales activities
and results. * Conducts weekly progress meetings with Sales
Representatives.* Coordinates sales activities with other
departments acting as a liaison to company management and
operations divisions.* Monitors and reviews expenses of Sales
Representatives to ensure compliance with designated guidelines and
for budget achievement. * Implements and assures adherence to all
company policies and procedures.* Prepares and submits to the
management sales forecast for the region, as requested.* Expected
to partner, collaborate with, support and back up the other
Regional Sales Managers.* Travel time is 65% field-based and 35%
home office.* Follows all Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, and Private
Insurance regulations and requirements.* Maintains positive
internal and external customer service relationships.* Represents

vehicle.What you bring to the table:* Bachelor's Degree (BA) from a
four-year college or university and a minimum of five years of
medical field sales experience is required or the equivalent
combination of education and/or experience.* Minimum four years
supervisory/management experience preferred.* Demonstrated ability
to analyze markets, plan sales strategies, motivate, train and
coach a sales team.* Proven sales track record.* Uses appropriate
interpersonal styles and communication methods to gain acceptance
of a product, service, or idea from prospects, clients and team
members.* Ensures the customer's perspective is a driving force
behind business decisions and activities; crafts and implements
service practices that meet customer's and organization's needs.
Takes responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty.* Takes
prompt action to accomplish objectives; action-oriented to achieve
goals beyond what is required; being proactive. Knows that it takes
what it takes to achieve or surpass goals. * Uses appropriate
methods and a flexible interpersonal style to help build a cohesive
team; facilitates the completion of team goals.* Builds credibility
by remaining calm in challenging situations and adapts to
employees' needs.--Coaches effectively to mold each salesperson
into achieving their full potential. * Proficient in Microsoft
Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.*
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.* Possesses
high self-awareness along with strong assertiveness and
