Applications Solutions Sales Executive

Remote from Tennessee or states in time zones of either EST, CST, or MST.

The ideal candidate must have 5+ years in Applications Solutions Sales. Our customers' solutions include applications development, integration, implementation, testing and SAP services . The primary industry verticals are manufacturing, retail, supply chain, distribution, logistics and CPG. The Sales executive must have a successful track record of new client acquisition. Also be successful record for developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.

They build future proof manufacturing operations embedded with intelligence and automation. They are helping retail customers adapt and win the next normal. Finally, they build smart logistics & intelligent supply networks through real time insights with self-optimization. Our customer is growth oriented, which is creating a need for the new client acquisition team!

- New Client Acquisition
- Develop leads, identify prospective clients and collaborate with Demand Generation and Marketing teams to increase lead flow and quality
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Participate in workshops and client demos
- Responsible for market watch & regularly provide feedback for benchmarking our solutions & services against source, data and competitors

Skills & Qualifications
- Overall application selling experience of 5-10 years, with 4-8 years of relevant industry experience
- Savviness around Cloud, Digital, AI marketplace and cutting-edge technologies
- Should have a proven record in directly generating and sustaining high impact client relationships
- Combination of solution, platform and services selling is required
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to partner internally and externally to achieve "the appropriate" objectives for clients in the identified verticals
- Data & Detailed oriented
- Discipline of Sales Management Process
- Proven track record of target and goal achievement
- Work remotely with up to 40-50% travel

150-165k base with uncapped OTE based on new logos/net new business (-200-250k+ Year 1, 250-300k+ Year 2)
