Are you a natural at connecting with people and passionate about all things automotive? We're looking for a driven and knowledgeable Sales Specialist to help customers find the perfect upgrades for their vehicles - from audio systems to remote starters and custom accessories.



In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through our products and services while delivering a top-notch experience. If you love cars, sales, and helping people bring their vision to life, this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:
--- Greet and engage with walk-in customers, listen to their needs, and recommend the right products and services
--- Educate customers on the features and benefits of car audio systems, alarms, lighting, remote starters, and more
--- Provide accurate quotes, create work orders, and coordinate with the install team to ensure a seamless experience
--- Follow up with customers and build lasting relationships that keep them coming back
--- Stay up to date on new products, trends, and technology in the 12V industry

Qualifications:
--- 1+ year of retail or automotive sales experience preferred
--- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you're comfortable talking to anyone
--- Passion for vehicles, electronics, and aftermarket customization
--- Organized, reliable, and goal-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
--- Ability to work 5 days a week, including Saturdays.
