Senior Director, Product – Enterprise Fleet Mastercard What We
Need Corpay is currently looking to hire a Senior Director of
Product within our US Vehicle Payments division, and is located in
Atlanta, GA, or Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will lead our
Enterprise Fleet Mastercard product line, defining and executing
product strategies, driving adoption, and managing a small team to
enhance product impact. You will report directly to the VP of
Product and regularly collaborate with engineering, sales,
marketing, and operations teams. How We Work As a Product Manager,
you will be expected to work in an on-site environment. Corpay will
set you up for success by providing: An assigned workspace in the
Atlanta, GA, or Brentwood, TN office. Company-issued equipment.
Formal, hands-on training. Role Responsibilities The
responsibilities of the role will include: Defining and executing
the product strategy for the Enterprise Fleet Mastercard, ensuring
alignment with company objectives and customer needs. Owning the
fleet card roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that enhance controls,
security, rebates, and reporting capabilities. Staying ahead of
industry trends, Mastercard Enhanced Fleet Specs, and enterprise
payment innovations. Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure
product initiatives drive adoption, retention, and customer
satisfaction. Engaging with engineering teams to ensure smooth
development cycles and high-quality product releases. Partnering
with sales, account management, and implementation teams to drive
adoption and enhance the customer experience. Working closely with
design, marketing, and operations to build and position new
features. Ensuring seamless API and platform integrations with ERP
systems, fleet management software, and telematics providers.
Serving as the voice of enterprise fleet customers, ensuring
solutions meet complex operational and payment needs. Developing
go-to-market strategies, working with sales and marketing to drive
awareness and adoption. Collaborating with key customers and
partners to gather insights, validate features, and refine product
offerings. Qualifications & Skills 7 years of product fleet
management experience, with 3 years in a leadership role.
Experience in B2B payments, fleet management, or commercial card
products preferred. Strong understanding of Mastercard Fleet Spec,
digital payments, and transaction security. Proven ability to work
with engineering teams, write product requirements, and manage
development roadmaps. Strong communication skills—able to translate
technical details for executives and business objectives for
engineers. Experience leading cross-functional teams and working in
a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Benefits & Perks Medical,
