Job Description:
Inside Sales Manager What We Need Corpay is currently looking to
hire an Inside Sales Manager within our North American Trucking
Division of Comdata/Corpay. division. This position falls under our
Comdata line of business and is in Brentwood, TN. In this role, you
will lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives hiring, training,
and coaching the team to excel. You’ll be implementing
high-velocity sales strategies, focusing on demand generation and
operational excellence. You’ll will report directly to the Inside
Sales Manager and regularly collaborate with Fleet inside sales and
field sales team. How We Work As an inside sales manager, you will
be expected to work in a hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up
for success by providing: •Assigned workspace in home office
•Company-issued equipment •Formal, hands-on training / virtual
training Role Responsibilities Managing and motivating a team of
ISRs to achieve sales quotas. Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding
top sales talent. Providing ongoing coaching and development to
improve performance. Implementing effective sales strategies to
drive growth. Developing and executing comprehensive demand
generation plans. Identifying and targeting high-potential leads.
Utilizing data and analytics to optimize sales efforts Tracking and
analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance
efficiency. Ensuring compliance with sales processes and
procedures. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 2 years of sales
management experience or 4 years being a top performer in an
outbound sales role. Passionate about people development: You
thrive in an active coaching role, fostering individual growth
within your team. Motivational leader: You cultivate a fun,
competitive sales culture focused on achieving results through
well-trained professionals. Proven training & development skills:
You have a natural inclination and experience in designing and
implementing effective sales training programs. Performance-driven
manager: You excel at managing performance, recognizing
achievements, and providing targeted coaching to address
challenges. Continuous learner: You possess intellectual curiosity,
seeking root causes for issues and exploring new
prospecting/pipeline building strategies. Bachelors degree
preferred but not required Proficient in Salesforce.com (or similar
CRM): You have experience using a CRM and can effectively train
