Automotive Coatings division. The successful candidate will be
responsible for driving sales growth and profitability in a
designated territory, managing existing customer relationships, and
developing new business opportunities. This role is ideal for a

generation, and outside sales. The Territory Sales Manager will
work closely with our dealerships and collision centers to provide

valued daily Job Details Our company is seeking a dynamic,
experienced, and self-motivated Territory Sales Manager for our
Automotive Coatings division. The successful candidate will be
responsible for driving sales growth and profitability in a
designated territory, managing existing customer relationships, and
developing new business opportunities. This role is ideal for a
strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B sales, lead
generation, and outside sales. The Territory Sales Manager will
work closely with our dealerships and collision centers to provide
innovative solutions, superior customer service, and increase our
market share. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute strategic
sales plans to achieve corporate goals within the designated
territory. 2. Establish, maintain, and expand customer
relationships with the dealerships and collision centers. 3.
Identify potential new customers and create a plan to cultivate
those relationships. 4. Conduct regular customer visits to monitor
the quality of our products and services. 5. Develop and maintain
in-depth knowledge of our product line, market trends, and
competitors. 6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop
strategies for lead generation and sales promotions. 7. Provide
ongoing support and training to customers regarding our products
and services. 8. Prepare regular reports and sales forecasts to
upper management. 9. Participate in trade shows, industry events,
and training seminars as required. 10. Resolve customer complaints
and issues in a timely and effective manner. Qualifications: 1.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and
outside sales. 2. Proven track record in dealership management and
prospecting. 3. Extensive knowledge of automotive coatings and
related products. 4. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. 5.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. 6.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
simultaneously. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM
software. 8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 9.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is
preferred. 10. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
within the designated territory. 11. Self-starter with a
results-driven approach and a commitment to meet sales goals. If
