Help organize and support fundraising events, including logistics, registration, and follow-up. Maintain meticulous records of donor interactions, gifts, and pledges, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational protocols and ethical fundraising standards. Provide personalized guidance to donors, assisting them in selecting the most suitable giving options and opportunities based on their individual philanthropic goals. Track and analyze donor feedback, fundraising performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and optimize the overall donor experience. Collaborate with internal teams, including program staff and marketing, to refine fundraising strategies and provide valuable donor insights for strategic enhancements.
