Job Description:
The Commercial Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new
business within the US at Tier 1 Automotive OEM. Client Details
Global company with domestic manufacturing capabilities. High
visibility with opportunity to transfer your Technical Experience
into a Commercial Role. Description Develop and implement sales
strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Automotive Metal
Stamping industry. Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring client
satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Analyze market trends to
identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery
of products and services. Prepare and present regular sales reports
to senior leadership. Lead and mentor the sales team to maximize
performance and achieve goals. Negotiate contracts and agreements
with clients to secure profitable partnerships. Represent the
company at industry events and trade shows to build brand
awareness. Profile Ideal candidate: Bachelors Degree in business,
engineering related field Experience in Automotive Manufacturing
with Metal Stamping Experience as a Program Manager or Sales
Engineer with Client Facing experience is ideal Ability to travel
within US as well as on site in Nashville plant Job Offer
