Job Description:
This exceptional Design-Build firm in Nashville is looking for
an individual to lead their Business Development efforts across the
United States as they continue to expand their enterprise. This
role involves working closely with various teams on departmental
and company-wide goals, advocating for the company to external
partners as well as managing major proposals and client
relationships. Client Details This General Contractor is a
comprehensive construction and Design-Build firm that has over 40
years of experience in the Nashville market working on local
projects. The leadership of this firm is committed to fostering
meaningful relationships, promoting a culture of safety, and
supporting community initiatives. Their services include
preconstruction, construction management, and self-perform
capabilities. Description Develop and pursue strategic plans with
the Business Development team. Advocate for the company and
establish a presence in the Southeast. Promote business development
efforts and new opportunities for the company. Provide direction
and technical advice to the leadership team. Conduct due diligence
on potential clients and markets. Direct and supervise proposal
development and presentations. Design and direct win strategies for
key project pursuits. Maintain effective contact with past and
future clients. Identify and manage new leads and market
opportunities. Represent the company in business and professional
associations. Maintain relationships with state and local economic
developers. Gather and analyze market data to develop
marketing/sales strategies. Profile Strategic Vision : Ability to
develop and pursue strategic plans, aligning with the company's
goals and vision. Leadership : Capable of providing direction and
technical advice to the leadership team, and supervising proposal
development. Market Insight : Skilled in conducting due diligence
on potential clients and markets, and gathering and analyzing
market data. Relationship Building : Proficient in maintaining
effective contact with past and future clients, and representing
the company in professional associations. Business Development :
Experienced in identifying and managing new leads and market
opportunities, and promoting business development efforts.
Adaptability : Comfortable with frequent travel and able to handle
the physical demands of the job. Job Offer Exceptional Base Salary
and Bonuses along with a commission plan to drive stronger efforts
