What Youll Do as a Fitness Coach Youre not just running a workout
youre creating an experience. Lead and energize members through
science-backed, pre-designed Orangetheory workouts Coach proper
form, offer real-time corrections, and ensure member safety Help
members set goals and celebrate progress Build genuine connections
so members feel seen, supported, and motivated Confidently use and
demonstrate all studio equipment Learn and apply the science of
heart-ratebased interval training Show up as a supportive, positive
team player What Were Looking For: Required: CPR/AED Certification
(or willingness to obtain) Current fitness certification Group
fitness, personal training, or performance coaching experience
