Benefits Annual Base Salary Commission Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Hands on Training Evenings Off Mon-Fri Schedule Retirement Plan Career Growth Opportunities Responsibilities As an Inside Sales Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, answering incoming calls to handle customer service duties such as taking payments, processing endorsements, and reviewing existing policies. Youll proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional coverage, generate quotes, sell and process new policies for our existing customer base, and manage specialized requests like young-driver spin-offs and marital splits. After every sale, you will ensure seamless customer service follow-up, updating addresses, cancelling redundant policies, and addressing any client questions. Leveraging eAgent and Lead Manager, you'll make outbound calls to promote cross-sales, umbrella policies, and life insurance, setting appointments for our agency owner or financial specialist while cultivating referrals from your centers of influence. You'll also participate in ongoing training and development to sharpen your skills and pitch in on any other duties as assigned to help our team succeed. Requirements Property & Casualty Insurance license prior to start date. Positive Attitude Team Player Coachable Self-motivated
