Float Pool - Full Time - Nights The role of a Registered Nurse in
the Regional Float Pool involves delivering nursing care across
various hospital units and facilities. This position requires
proficiency in adult and geriatric patient care, along with the
ability to adapt to different clinical environments. Candidates
must hold a valid RN license, possess recent bedside experience,
and have certifications such as BLS. A BSN degree is preferred, and
the role primarily entails working night shifts. The position comes

Nurse, you will apply theoretical knowledge to make informed

and geriatric patients. You will be required to report to
facilities within the regional area of your home hospital, with
specific locations discussed upon hiring and approved by the

Base Pay: Based on Experience Plus: Regional Float Pool Perks and
Shift Differentials: $2.75 for Evenings, $4.60 for Nights, $1.50

Qualifications: Required Education: Graduate from an accredited
registered nursing program. Preferred Education: BSN Licensure:
Must obtain and maintain a current RN license in the hiring state
or compact licensure, meeting all state board requirements.
Required Experience: At least one year of recent bedside RN
experience for Med/Surg. For other specialties (ED, ICU, etc.), a
minimum of two years of recent bedside RN experience is required.
Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Epic Certifications
(Required to Start): For Med/Surg - BLS For Women's Health - BLS &
NRP For Critical Care - BLS, ACLS For Emergency Department - BLS,
ACLS, & PALS Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand and walk
for most of the shift; significant bending, stooping, and lifting
of patients with assistance; ability to push/pull/grip up to 50
