HCA Healthcare, a premier provider of healthcare services, is seeking a Division Laboratory Director to lead our laboratory services across multiple facilities. This role is pivotal in maintaining our commitment to top-tier, patient-centered care, ensuring operational excellence and clinical superiority in our lab operations. The Division Laboratory Director will oversee strategic planning, financial management, and compliance, all while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration among lab staff and broader healthcare teams. Develop and implement strategic plans for laboratory services across multiple sites. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as accreditation standards. Manage budgeting and financial performance, including cost control measures for laboratory services. Lead, mentor, and develop laboratory staff to promote career growth and optimal performance. Coordinate with other healthcare leaders to integrate laboratory services with overall patient care. Monitor and continuously improve the quality of laboratory services using performance metrics. Strong leadership and organizational skills Expertise in laboratory management and operations Proficient in regulatory compliance and healthcare laws Ability to handle multiple tasks and complex projects Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Medical Technologist (MT) by the ASCP or equivalent. Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
