Job Description We are seeking a meticulous and tech-savvy Project Assistant to drive administrative excellence and data integrity within our operations team. This role is a critical junction between high-volume data management and mission-essential operational support. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-security environment, maintaining rigorous documentation standards and streamlining complex workflows to ensure organizational compliance and audit readiness. While this position will be a hybrid schedule, full time on-site work may be required at any time. Responsibilities Execute daily updates to complex digital record sets, ensuring 100% data integrity for critical reporting and operational forecasting. Manage and audit federally regulated documentation. You will be responsible for ensuring all records meet stringent government standards for immediate audit-readiness. Function as the operational glue by managing schedules, sensitive communications, and coordination across various departments to maintain mission continuity. Oversee the procurement lifecycle, including creating, verifying, and tracking purchase orders, invoices, and inventory to ensure fiscal and material accountability.
