We are seeking a dedicated Route Support Specialist to join our team, ensuring optimal service and efficiency in the delivery and management of our customer relationships. This role is vital for maintaining the standard of excellence that UniFirst is known for and will involve direct interaction with our clients as well as internal teams. Assist with the daily operations of uniform delivery routes, ensuring timely and accurate service to UniFirst customers Support route drivers in daily tasks including route preparation, customer communications, and issue resolution Participate in loading and unloading of delivery vehicles, as well as managing inventory accuracy Maintain detailed logs of route activity and customer feedback to contribute to performance assessments and improvements Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential growth opportunities among current clients Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and high volume workloads Proficiency with GPS and route management tools Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid driver’s license with clean driving record CPR and First Aid certifications preferred
