seeking a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join
our team. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting
opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, growth-oriented
manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be
responsible for developing, implementing, and managing
manufacturing processes to ensure the highest level of efficiency
and productivity. This role requires a deep understanding of
machining, CNC machine operation, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma
methodologies. Responsibilities: 1. Develop, analyze, and optimize
manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and
improve sustainability. 2. Implement lean manufacturing principles
and Six Sigma methodologies to minimize waste and maximize
productivity. 3. Operate and program CNC machines for the
production process. 4. Utilize AutoCAD to design and implement new
production layouts. 5. Conduct failure analysis to identify and
rectify production issues. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional
teams to implement process improvements and troubleshoot
manufacturing issues. 7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations
and maintain a high standard of quality control. 8. Train and
mentor staff in new and existing process procedures. 9.
Continuously research and implement new manufacturing technologies
to enhance productivity and efficiency. Qualifications: 1.
Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical
Engineering, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of
experience in a manufacturing engineering role. 3. Proficient in
machining, CNC machine operation, and AutoCAD. 4. Strong knowledge
of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies. 5.
Proven experience in manufacturing process engineering and failure
analysis. 6. Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement
initiatives. 7. Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong
attention to detail. 8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team
environment and manage multiple priorities. 9. Strong communication
skills, both written and verbal. 10. Certified Six Sigma Black Belt
