Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient
Sales Engineer to relocate to Franklin, TN. This role focuses on
driving sales of air fuel components designed for power sports
applications, including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other
recreational vehicles. The ideal candidate will combine technical
knowledge with strong communication and interpersonal skills to
provide innovative solutions that meet customer needs. Client
Details Our client is a legacy supplier of mechanical components,
wire harnesses, and PCBA for power sport and lawn & garden
machinery. The client is an international organization with over 70
years of excellence in electromechanical products. More recently,
they've been scaling up their market presence in the US,
specifically in the power sports sector. The company offers

pension plans. Description Key Responsibilities: Identify and
pursue new business opportunities in the power sports and lawn &
garden industry. Build and maintain relationships with OEMs,
suppliers, and key decision-makers. Develop and execute sales
strategies to achieve revenue targets. Provide technical support
and product recommendations to customers. Collaborate with design
and engineering teams to customize PCB solutions. Present technical
presentations and product demonstrations to clients. Act as the
main point of contact for customers throughout the sales process.
Resolve technical and logistical issues efficiently. Ensure
customer satisfaction by delivering tailored solutions. Monitor
market trends and competitor activities in the power sports sector.
Gather customer feedback to inform product development. Profile
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical
Engineering, or a related technical field. 3 years of sales
experience, preferably in PCBs or related technical products.
Familiarity with power sports applications is a strong advantage.
Strong technical understanding of PCB design, manufacturing, and
applications. Excellent communication, negotiation, and
presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft
Office Suite. Willingness to travel as required (up to 30%). May
include interntional travel on an as needed basis. Valid driver's
license and reliable transportation. Job Offer $130,000 - $170,000
total compensation, based on experience. Healthcare, vision, dental
insurance plans. 401K with employer contribution, as well as a
company pension plan. Relocation assistance may be offered if
